The people we speak to are people who have either gone through, or who are going through emotional and mental health struggles. Also people who have learnt to live with their struggle, or who have overcome it. Topics we cover include dealing with anxiety, bullying, adhd, sexism, racism, feeling isolate, alone, suicide and much more.
